What is Personal Training?

Personal training at Bloom is done in a completely private setting. Sessions are booked in specific parts of the gym so clients can focus on their workout without interferences like classes, other training sessions, or gym goers. We are not an open gym, so all bookings are by appointment only. This allows us to maintain an intimate atmosphere free of judgement and distraction. It is of the utmost importance to us that your personal training experience is tailored to you as an individual and of the utmost quality.

During a personal training session you can expect your trainer to focus on you and your workout. Our certified personal trainers show up to each session prepared with an exercise plan that will get you to your goals. You don't need to bring anything with you other than comfortable clothes and shoes for working out.

Personal training sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length. Session lengths are recommended based upon type of workout, your schedule, your goals, and your experience.

Personal training sessions can be 2-5 times per week depending on your schedule and needs. Sessions can be scheduled between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM depending on availability.

You can also work out in a group of 2-4! Try personal training  with your partner or a group of friends for a discounted rate.

Billing

We utilize a recurring payment option through Vagaro for our billing. When you schedule your personal training information session, we will discuss our personal training pricing structure, create your billing account, and select your first payment date.

Schedule

You can be billed bi-weekly or monthly depending on your personal preference. Other billing schedules are available upon request. We book and bill all personal training sessions through Vagaro, so we recommend downloading their app and bookmarking Bloom Fitness Studio.

Contracts

We offer a no contract option at the price listed above. You can also sign up for a contract with an added discount:

  • 3 Month Contract - 5% Discount

  • 6 Month Contract - 10% Discount

  • 12 Month Contract - 15% Discount

I started my journey as a personal trainer in 2017. I had sought out a personal trainer for myself to hold me accountable as I lost weight, however I found that the personal trainers I encountered were unfamiliar with the process of weight loss and often gave me advice that was out of touch with my experience. I have PCOS and was struggling with my mental health at the time which had led to my weight gain. At that point, I decided that I was going to study to the NASM CPT exam so that I could learn the information I was looking for for myself. After passing my exam, losing over 50 pounds on my own, and taking on a few clients, I realized that I am incredibly passionate about personal training. I take pride in getting to know my clients and their individual experiences, and I am not afraid to learn about unique conditions or injuries that I haven't seen before. 

I have now worked with dozens of clients ranging from ages 18 months to 94 years, and I look forward to every new face that I get to meet as they come into my studio. Let's find a way to tackle your goals together.
